How Long have you been a Photographer?

Victoria has been a photographer since 2014. She caught the bug when she took a film photography class her freshman year of high school. She started taking landscapes and moved into portrait photography at the beginning of 2015.

She really love capturing the authentic moments in sessions. There is something that is so exciting about a session where it feels like we are just hanging out and capturing those authentic moments through smiles and intimate moments between couples.

Where are you based out of ? Do you travel for shoots?

We are based in Minnesota, located near the Cambridge area about an hour north of the Twin Cities.

We love to travel and would be happy to work with you where ever you are located and frequently capture authentic moments for clients throughout the midwest!

Please note that we do have travel fees - these fees vary due to location (Outside of Minnesota). If you are within the beautiful state of Minnesota your travel fee is waived.

Currently the IRS Mileage Fee for 2024 is $0.67 per mile.

Is there any additional fees on-top of the package cost?

That all depends on the package that you are working with!

For those who are looking at a session that is outside of Minnesota you would be paying the above travel fee.

If you are looking at a location that would require us to fly to you that is an additional cost and would be determined by flight cost at the time.

If you are looking at videography it is $500 for a 3 - 5 minute video montage.

If your session location is an hour plus away from our home base there is a $200 Lodging Fee per night.

Of course each package is unique in what you are looking for and we would be more than happy to walk you through your individual cost!

I don’t need the full 8 hours of coverage, will you deduct the cost of the package for me?

No, we do not discount the package price if you are looking for coverage under 8 hours.

8 hours allows for a fuller day of coverage. Even if we don’t use the full 8 hours it allows for flexibility in the day if me and my team need to show up early or stay late. It wouldn’t be an additional charge as long as we are within the 8 hours.

If you are hosting a smaller event you are more than welcome to check out our or Elopement Packages which are 2-5 hours coverage for elopements that are 2-15 people!

How will I receive my photographs?

You will receive your photographs digitally through a share site link that we will send you via email/text. It makes it much easier to share your photos with friends and family!

Do you give RAW/ Unedited photos?

No, as we believe that editing is half the magic that goes into images. We promise to never leave any photos out that you’ll want/need, and if you want one that wasn’t included, just ask! We’re more than happy to go back through my images and send them over to you. We won’t let you miss out on your memories!

What if there is bad weather?

There is no such thing as bad weather, just unique shooting conditions. For example, We’ve captured a wedding during a South Dakota blizzard.

Basically, we’ll do everything in our power to not reschedule or cancel your session!

What do we wear for photos?

We are happy to work with you at any stage of what you want to wear. If you have no idea what to wear no worries, We have a guide that we can send to you!

If you have a color scheme you want to work with We can help you build an outfit out of items you already have at home!

What if we need to cancel/reschedule our shoot or wedding?

If you have already put your deposit down on a date then have to cancel it, the deposit is legally non refundable. However, if you are changing your date the funds can be transferred to your new date with an additional $75.00 fee.

Do you help with planning?

We are more than happy to help you plan! If you have no idea where to start with your itinerary, We’re here to help! If you just need help filling in those random gaps in time, We’re here for that as well.

What is your turnaround time?

For our Lifestyle and Engagement sessions you will receive your photos 2 - 4 weeks.

Wedding portraits will be in 6 - 10 weeks.

Wedding Videography will be 6 - 10 weeks.

How do payment schedules work?

1/2 is due at signing to secure your date and time. The remaining is due one month in advance.

We are happy to work with your schedule and budgeting if you need to break the remainder down into three separate payments!

What forms of Payment do you accept?

We accept debit and credit card payments through our online booking system. We also accept payments through Venmo and cash.
